We all know it's hard to keep up with the costs of Education, let alone give extra support to children who simply can't consolidate the Math fast enough within the modern classroom. Oasis HTC t/a Vertex Tuition offers 1hr private tuition sessions in Ottery primarily 1-on-1 either face-2-face or online via MS Teams (preferable), Zoom, Google Classroom or WhatsApp VideoCall. Group Sessions may be made available on request.

About Vertex Tuition
Fatima is a SACE-registered Educator with experience in mathematics tuition since 1996.
The Vertex approach is focussed on motivating learners to APPLY routine procedures in problem solving under supervision.
This prompts learners to DO rather than simply sit and WATCH others do. The use of colour, mnemonics, rhymes and diagrams to remember which procedures to apply in what scenarios is demonstrated and encouraged above jumping straight to a calculator, cell phone or AI to solve problems with least effort or understanding.
Vertex helps learners to understand & summarise core concepts within different topics in a concise manner and consolidate knowledge through practical application as well as mock assessment prior to examination cycles. For this model to work, learners must be allowed sufficient time in tuition in relation to their ability at the time of registration i.e. a learner typically achieving 40% in school assessments cannot hope to improve within the same year if only commencing supportive tuition after September results have been published.
